Cheesy Chile Corn Casserole!

Today I have another recipe card to share with you from a Vegetarian swap I swapped in on SCS. When I make this I have to cook chicken too for my family but I think it's yummy without!

    This sounds soooo yummy! Although pretty much anything with those french fried onions is a big hit in my book! :)
