Friday Check In Week 2

Well... This weeks focus was our paper stash... I didn't get as organized as I wanted to this week but I got a couple drawers situated and got all of my cardstock organized last week. I'm hoping that this coming week will allow me to get caught up on my papers... so... here's where my paper stands as of right now...

14 Days Filled with Love! - Day 10

Welcome back to Day 10 of 14 Days Filled with Love! Today I have a special share for all of you! I know I seem to always have a hard time figuring out what to buy my bf for Valentine's Day and now with the kids, I like to get "Daddy" something from them too!

My boyfriend LOVES to watch movies so what I've created to share with you today is a DVD case! Caiden like to play with the cardboard sleeves that some movies come in and we don't usually keep them so I was stamping one day and he brought the sleeve from A Bug's Life to me and I thought Hey! how cool would it be to create a case cover as wrapping paper for dvds?!

The one I made is very basic as I try to gear away from jewels, pearls and ribbon when giving it to my boyfriend. But the possibilities are endless!

Boot Camp Week 2!

We are on to the second week of boot camp and I'm starting to feel the burn! I took some time this weekend to move some more stuff out of my bedroom and now I've got a tornado zone in my dining room! Anyways, this week we are focusing on our paper supply and organization... As you will see I have TONS! OH! And my desk is a mess right now because a friend of mine came over yesterday and I was showing her what I've made recently and I hadn't put them back before I took the pictures! Our task today was basically to firgure out what works best for us with our paper stash. I am not super crazy about having my paper in all of the random containers they're in right now BUT I think if I take the time and organize them by theme I would be okay with the way they are storage wise. Without further ado... here is my mess!
